摘要
秘鲁某选铁尾矿中含有Cu、Zn、Fe、Au、Ag等多种金属,其中Cu品位0.46%、Zn品位0.76%、Fe品位22.83%,综合利用价值较高。由于细粒级含量较高、选铁尾矿中残余大量药剂、海水介质中无机盐等方面的影响,该尾矿未得到较好的利用。在原矿性质研究的基础上进行了工艺流程探索,确定采用“铜锌混合浮选→再磨→铜锌分离→锌浮选→铁磁选→铁精矿反浮选”工艺。闭路试验最终获得铜精矿Cu品位25.67%,Cu回收率72.24%,铜精矿中含Au 6.68 g/t,Ag 248.5 g/t,Au回收率72.87%,Ag回收率67.16%;锌精矿Zn品位46.13%,Zn回收率57.72%;铁精矿Fe品位65.13%,铁精矿产率11.24%,Fe回收率32.93%的较好指标。Cu、Zn、Fe及伴生Au、Ag等金属均得到了较好的综合回收。
An iron-sorting tailings in Peru contains Cu,Zn,Fe,Au,Ag and other metals,among which Cu grade is 0.46%,Zn grade is 0.76%,Fe grade is 22.83%,and the comprehensive utilization value is high.Due to the high content of fine grade,a large amount of chemicals in the tailings and inorganic salts in seawater,the tailings have not been well utilized.On the basis of the study of the properties of raw ore,the process was explored,and the process of"copper-zinc mixed flotation→re-grinding→copper-zinc separation→zinc flotation→ferromagnetic separation→reverse flotation of iron concentrate"was determined.The closed-circuit test finally obtained copper concentrate with Cu grade of 25.67%and Cu recovery of 72.24%,copper concentrate containing 6.68 g/t Au,248.5 g/t Ag,Au recovery of 72.87%and Ag recovery of 67.16%.The zinc concentrate has a Zn grade of 46.13%and a Zn recovery rate of 57.72%.The Fe grade of iron concentrate is 65.13%,the iron concentrate mineral yield is 11.24%,and the Fe recovery rate is 32.93%.Cu,Zn,Fe and associated Au,Ag and other metals have been better integrated recovery.
