摘要
针对多台水泵组成的矿山主排水系统传感器参数和输入输出变量较多、控制方式复杂以及接线杂乱等问题,文章设计一种分布式PLC控制的多传感融合智能排水系统。该系统采用多台PLC对水泵进行就地和远程集中控制,采用压力、温度、液位、流量等监测传感器对排水系统进行融合实时监测,可实现井下就地、井下集控手/自动、地面远程手/自动多种排水控制模式的实时自由切换,并根据水位水量和用电峰谷时间实现排水用电自动削峰填谷,同时具备多种运行参数和保护状态的采集、显示、异常报警及故障诊断功能,可实现排水方式的智能优化和井下水泵房的无人值守。
Aiming at the problems of many sensor parameters and input and output variables,complex control methods and messy wiring in the mine main drainage system composed of multiple pumps,a distributed PLC controlled multi-sensor fusion intelligent drainage system was designed.The system used multiple PLCs to control the water pumps locally and remotely,and used monitoring sensors such as pressure,temperature,liquid level,and flow to monitor the drainage system in real time.Real-time free switching of remote manual/automatic multiple drainage control modes,and automatic peak-shaving and valley-filling of drainage power consumption according to water level and volume and peak-valley time of power consumption.At the same time,it had the collection,display and abnormal alarm of various operating parameters and protection states and fault diagnosis function,could realize intelligent optimization of drainage mode and unattended underground water pump room.
