摘要
充电站行业的快速发展使得市场竞争进一步加剧,精确的服务范围划分和合理有效的定价策略,是充电站运营商的竞争核心。经典服务范围模型往往忽视地区多主体之间的竞争影响,利用简单模型计算得到的服务范围过于规则圆形化,不符合市场分布规律。因此,提出基于可变范围场强的充电站服务范围模型,刻画充电站服务范围动态变化与电价之间的关系,优化计算得到实时定价策略。首先,对充电站竞争力进行量化评估,基于元电荷场强公式与Wilson模型建立了充电站服务范围场强模型,依据服务范围辨识充电站的市场边界;然后,基于充电站市场占比描述充电负荷与电价之间的需求关系,建立以功率偏差率与运营商利润率为目标的实时定价优化模型。最后,以长沙市某地区为例仿真计算,分析实时电价策略与充电站服务范围的关系。结果表明,所提方法能够有效减小实时功率偏差,同时为充电站运营商带来更多的利润。
The rapid development of the charging station industry has further intensified market competition and precise service range division.Reasonable and effective pricing strategies are at the core of competition among charging station operators.The classical service range model tends to ignore the influence of competition among multiple subjects in a region.The service range calculated using a simple model is extremely regular and circular;this is not in line with the market distribution law.Therefore,this study proposes a charging station service range model based on the variable range field strength that portrays the relationship between the dynamic change in the charging station service range and the electricity price and optimizes the calculation to obtain a real-time pricing strategy.First,the competitiveness of charging stations is quantitatively evaluated.The charging station service range field strength model is established based on the meta-charge field strength formula and Wilson model to identify the market boundary of the charging stations based on the service range.Then,the demand relationship between the charging load and the tariff is described based on the market share of the charging stations,and a real-time pricing optimization model is established with the targets of both power deviation rate and operator profitability.The relationship between the real-time tariff strategy and the service scope of the charging stations is analyzed by considering a region in Changsha City as a simulation example.The results showed that the proposed method could effectively reduce the real-time power deviation while bringing more profit to charging station operators.
