摘要
【目的】为寻找华北落叶松苗木科学合理的施肥量。【方法】以华北落叶松容器苗为试验材料,设置3个肥力梯度,测定施肥对苗木生物量、氮、磷和钾含量的影响以及分析木质化期前后苗木养分动态变化。【结果】施肥处理显著增加苗木生物量、氮、磷和钾含量,尤其是高肥处理。在顶芽形成前和生长季末,高肥分别对叶片和根系的生物量和养分含量的提升作用最大,最高可达低肥对照组的32倍。【结论】高肥处理能够最有效地提高华北落叶松幼苗的苗木质量。
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effect of fertilization on the performance of Larix principis-rupprechtii seedlings.[Methods]Container seedlings of L.principis-rupprechtii were selected as the experimental materials.Three distinct fertility levels were set to assess the effect on seedling biomass and the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,and the nutrient dynamics of seedling before and after lignification were analyzed.[Results]Fertilization significantly increased the seedling biomass and the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,especially after high fertility treatment.Prior to apical bud formation and at the end of the growing season,the high fertility treatment exhibited the most significant effect on enhancing biomass and nutrient contents of leaves and roots,which were up to 32 times of those after the low fertility treatment.[Conclusion]High fertility is the most effective treatment for improving the seedling quality of L.principis-rupprechtii.
