摘要
长城是中国标志性的世界文化遗产,是中华民族精神的象征。文章以波特钻石模型为理论基础,通过分析文化旅游竞争优势形成机理,构建了5个准则层和35个指标层的长城文化旅游竞争优势指标体系,选取2009—2020年的面板数据,采用综合评分法进行测评。选用明长城分布的10个省(区、市)作为比较对象,从省域层面分层评价分析了河北段长城文化旅游竞争优势。结果显示:河北段长城文化旅游具有显著竞争优势,主要表现在文化遗产资源丰富、国内市场规模较大、铁路和公路可进入性较强、旅游企业类型构成较好且具有良好的政策环境和科技创新环境。但在入境旅游市场、航空条件、旅游企业经济贡献和环境质量方面优势不足。提出通过发展长城文化遗产旅游、红色文化旅游、冰雪体育文化旅游新业态,研发特色长城文化旅游产品,打造世界级长城文化品牌,充分利用京张体育文化旅游带,开拓入境旅游市场,科技赋能长城生态保护,实现绿色可持续发展,完善河北省交通体系,京津冀交通一体化发展,提升河北段长城文化旅游竞争优势,带动长城沿线地区经济发展和乡村振兴。
The Great Wall is an iconic world cultural heritage of China and a symbol of Chinese national spirit.Based on Porter′s Diamond Model,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of cultural tourism competitive advantage,constructs an index system of cultural tourism competitive advantage of the Great Wall with 5 criteria layers and 35 indicators layers,selects the panel data from 2009 to 2020,and evaluates the competitive advantage of cultural tourism of the Great Wall by comprehensive scoring method.It selects 10 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities distributed in the Ming Great Wall as the comparative objects,and evaluates and analyzes the competitive advantages of cultural tourism in Hebei section of the Great Wall from the provincial level.The results show that the cultural tourism of the Great Wall in Hebei Province has obvious competitive advantages,which are mainly reflected in its abundant cultural heritage resources,large scale of domestic market,strong accessibility of railways and highways,good composition of tourism enterprises and good policy environment and scientific and technological innovation environment.However,there are still some limitations in the inbound tourism market,aviation conditions,economic contribution of tourism enterprises and environmental quality.Therefore,it is proposed to develop tourism formats,including Great Wall cultural heritage tourism,red cultural tourism,ice and snow sports culture,research and develop characteristic cultural tourism products of the Great Wall,build a world-class brand,make full use of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt,expand the international tourism market,empower the ecological protection of the Great Wall with science and technology to realize green and sustainable development,improve the transportation system of Hebei Province,and develop Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration.In this way,the competitive advantage of cultural tourism of the Great Wall in Hebei section will be enhanced,and the economic developmen
