摘要
沙漠固沙种植一直是我国重要的方针和措施。我国的沙漠地区适合建设风力发电厂、光伏发电站等工程项目,戈壁地区有重要的油田,新疆、甘肃境内还有兰新高铁这一重要的交通干道。这些工程都需要强有力的防沙治沙措施,以保证设施正常运作和人员的生命安全。目前的防沙治沙措施主要为草方格法,需要人力铺设草方格作为沙障,施工难度较大,并且草方格需要专人定期更换,耗时耗力。为了改善防沙治沙工作人员的施工条件,减轻施工人员负担、提高工作效率,设计研发了一款新的沙漠固沙种植一体机来替代传统措施。采用单片机和PLC作为核心控制器,负责对装置运行功能的控制,最终实现沙漠固沙种植的目标。结合工程固沙和生物固沙两种沙漠治理方式,对沙漠治理具有重要意义,符合“人与自然和谐共生”的本质要求,在实际生产中有很好的推广价值。
Desert sand fixation planting has always been an important policy and measure in our country.The desert areas of our country are suitable for construction projects such as wind farm and photovoltaic power stations.There are also important oil fields in the Gobi region as well as the Lanzhou-Xinjiang High Speed Railway,an important transportation artery in Xinjiang and Gansu.These projects need strong measures to prevent and control desertification,to ensure proper functioning of facilities and safety of personnel.At present,the main measures of sand control are grass grid method,which needs manpower to lay grass grid as sand barrier,and it is difficult to construct and the grass squares need to be replaced regularly,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.In order to improve the construction conditions of sand control stuff,reduce the burden of construction personnel and improve work efficiency,a new sand fixation planting machine is designed and developed to replace the traditional measures.The single chip microcomputer and PLC are used as the core controller to control the running function of the device,and finally realize the goal of desert sand fixation planting.The combination of engineering sand fixation and biological sand fixation is of great significance to desert management and conforms to the essential requirement of“Harmonious coexistence between man and nature”,and has a good value of promotion in the actual production.
