摘要
高血压病是心血管疾病的主要病因,至少22.3%的心血管疾病可归因于高血压,全球每年有近940万人死于高血压病及其并发症。气血失调为高血压病病变关键所在,可分为气血生成失调及运行失调两类,二者相互影响。气血生成失调分为气虚、血虚(最终气血两虚),气血运行失调如气滞、血瘀、气滞血瘀、气陷血瘀、气血上逆等。气血失调为基本病机,血瘀为最终走向,可采用调气活血通脉等降血压。心脏康复(CR)治疗可以在服用降压药物的基础上协助降压,改善患者预后。中医药治疗在心脏康复保健领域有简、便、廉、验等特点,是心脏康复的新动力。通过阐述中医学“气血理论”在高血压病患者心脏康复中的运用,旨在为中西医结合心脏康复治疗高血压病提供更多思路。
Hypertension is the leading cause of cardiovascular disease.At least 22.3%of cardiovascular disease is attributed to hypertension,and nearly 9.4 million people die from hypertension and its complications every year worldwide.The imbalance of Qi and blood is the key to hypertension.It can be divided into two categories:the disharmony of production and function of Qi and blood,which affect each other.The disharmony of production of Qi and blood is divided into Qi deficiency and blood deficiency(finally leading to both deficiency of Qi and blood).The disharmony of function of Qi and blood includes Qi stagnation,blood stasis,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Qi collapse and blood stasis,upward reversal of Qi and blood and so on.The imbalance of Qi and blood is the basic pathogenesis,and blood stasis is the final trend.Blood pressure can be reduced by regulating Qi and activating blood circulation and pulse-beat.Cardiac rehabilitation(CR)therapy can help to lower blood pressure on the basis of taking antihypertensive drugs and improve the prognosis of patients.Chinese medicine treatment in the field of CR health care has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,cheapness,and effectiveness,which is a new power of CR.By elaborating the application of the theory of Qi and blood of Chinese medicine in CR of patients with hypertension,this paper aims to provide more ideas for the treatment of hypertension with CR of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
