课程思政建设背景下高校教学督导机制探新

摘要 在全面推进课程思政建设背景下,作为促进高校教学质量提升的重要一环,教学督导机制应当与时俱进,进行改革和创新,这是落实高校课程思政建设任务的必然要求,是检验课程思政教学效果的有效路径,是构建中国特色高等教育评估制度体系的现实需要。但目前高校在教学督导评价范围、评价标准和方式及教学督导队伍建设等方面还存在诸多不足,与全面推进课程思政建设的要求不相适应。课程思政建设背景下革新高校教学督导机制,一是要扩大教学督导评价职能,二是要革新教学督导评价方式,三是要优化督导队伍管理。 In the context of comprehensively constructing ideological and political education in the curriculum,as an important step in promoting teaching quality in colleges and universities,it is necessary for teaching supervision mechanism to keep pace with the times,reform,and innovate in order to effectively carry out the task of constructing ideological and political education in the curriculum,improve the quality of ideological and political teaching,and establish an evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.However,there are still several deficiencies in the scope of supervision and evaluation,the evaluation standards and methods,and the supervisory team construction,which cannot meet the requirements of comprehensively promoting ideological and political education in the curriculum.Teaching supervision mechanism in colleges and universities in the context of comprehensively constructing ideological and political education in the curriculum should be reformed:firstly,the teaching supervision and evaluation function should be expanded;secondly,the teaching supervision evaluation methods should be reformed;and thirdly,the management of the supervisory team should be optimized.
