摘要
基于结构参数修正模型提出一种机组对中工装优化设计方法,分析大跨距柴油机对中工装测量误差来源,分析工装挠度、测量读数、轴线差之间的修正关系;考虑工装挠度优化可行性,根据悬臂梁简化假设提出优化设计方法,通过算例进行验证,以机组开档尺寸、材料强度为约束条件、以主体杆尺寸为优化设计参数,求解对中工装结构最优解,结果表明,结构参数修正模型有较好的拟合效果,优化后对中工装主体杆重量较优化前基本持平,工装挠度降低超过50%,该优化设计方法可在满足对中要求的前提下简化优化设计过程。
An alignment tooling optimal design method based on simplified structure parameterization model was proposed for the generator set installation.The fixed axis difference related to dial indication measurement value and alignment tooling defection was investigated,which is the source of error in large-span diesel generating set aligning.An optimal design method was come up with by comparing the feasibility of key elements modification.The method was tested by an example,in which the optimal structural solution was founded by taking distance between flanges and material strength as boundary,and taking tool’s size as design variables.The results proved obvious optimal effect by over 50%deflection decrease with approximate mass,and confirm good fitting effect of the parameterization model.The optimal design method can improve design efficiency as well as meet the aligning requirement.
