摘要
针对长江复杂航道特点,设计一种适用于长江散货船混合动力系统的模式切换解决方案,分析齿轮箱各工作模式状态,进行针对性的齿轮箱设计与配置,介绍并联混合动力系统的并车控制原理和模式切换机理,提出长江航行模式切换安全措施要求。结果表明,采用不设电机侧离合器的齿轮箱传动模式,简化齿轮箱结构与控制系统设计,可缩短切换时间,保证稳定可靠切换。
According to the characteristics of the complex waterway of the Yangtze river,a mode switching solution was designed for the hybrid power system of the Yangtze bulk carrier.The status of gearbox of each mode were analyzed to carry out the targeted gearbox design and configuration.The control principle and mode switching mechanism of the parallel hybrid power system were illustrated,and the safety measures for the navigation mode switching in the Yangtze River were proposed.The results showed that the gearbox transmission mode without motor clutch simplifies the design of gearbox structure and control system,shortens the switching time,and ensures stable and reliable switching.
