摘要
对28名高校高水平足球运动员进行FMS功能性动作测试,确定其损伤风险的临界值,同时评估其损伤风险,并对其进行8周的离心训练和整合性神经肌肉训练来改善其功能,预防高水平足球运动员出现运动损伤。结果:高校高水平运动员干预前FMS测试平均分为(15.89±0.64)分,俯卧撑、弓箭步、肩部灵活性3个动作得分最低;干预训练前ROC曲线下面积为0.901,尤登指数最高为0.667,对应FMS得分为14.5分;8周干预训练后与干预前对比,FMS测试得分和运动损伤风险临界值均具有统计学意义上的显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:高校高水平足球运动员上肢稳定性、肩胛骨的灵活性和胸椎的伸展能力相对较为薄弱;干预训练前高水平足球运动员损伤风险临界值为14.5分,处于较大风险当中;8周的离心训练和整合性神经肌肉训练能够改善高水平足球运动员的身体功能情况,降低运动损伤风险,预防运动损伤。建议:加强高校高水平队伍运动损伤防护,加快构建高校高水平运动队损伤评估、预防、康复体系;创新高校高水平足球队伍损伤评估手段,增强高校高水平队伍的损伤防治意识。
Twenty-eight high-level football players from colleges and universities were conducted the FMS test to determine the cut-off value of their injury risk and evaluate their injury risk,and they were implemented eight weeks of eccentric training and integrated neuromuscular training to improve their function,so as to prevent sports injuries among high-level football players.Results:The average score of the FMS test for high-level football players in colleges and universities before intervention was(15.89±0.64)points,and the three movements of push-ups,lunges and shoulder flexibility scored the lowest.The area under the ROC curve before intervention training was 0.901,the highest Youden's index was 0.667,and the corresponding FMS score was 14.5 points.After eight weeks of intervention training,there was a statistically significant improvement in both FMS test scores and cut-off values of sports injury risk compared to those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:High-level football players in colleges and universities had relatively (Contemporary Sports Technology)weak stability in their upper limbs,flexibility in their scapula and extension ability in their thoracic spine.The cut-off value of injury risk among high-level football players before intervention training was 14.5 points,which was at a relatively high risk.Eight weeks of eccentric training and integrated neuromuscular training could improve the physical function of high-level football players,reduce the risk of sports injuries and prevent sports injuries.Suggestions:Strengthen the protection of sports injuries in high-level teams in colleges and universities,accelerate the construction of the injury assessment,prevention and rehabilitation system for high-level teams in colleges and universities,innovate injury assessment methods for high-level football teams in colleges and universities,and enhance the awareness of injury prevention and treatment of high-level teams in colleges and universities.
