摘要
近年来,随着绿色开采理念的全面深化,对于矿岩软破缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿工作提出了更加严格、复杂的新要求。作为国内外采矿界公认的难采矿体,矿岩软破缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿作业很容易受到技术、回采工艺、工程布置、采矿方法等多重因素的影响,因而我国多采用无底柱分段崩落法、分段空场法、上向水平分层填充法、两步骤房柱采矿法等方法进行回采,其中崩落法现已无法满足当今时代的采矿作业要求。基于此,本文围绕我国矿岩软破缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿发展现状展开研究,简要阐述矿岩软破缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿方法的选择原则,然后以S地区矿山开采工程为例,综合探讨矿岩软破缓倾斜中厚矿体的采矿方法,希望能为相关研究提供一些具有参考价值的建设性意见。
In recent years,with the overall deepening of the concept of green mining,more stringent and complex new requirements have been put forward for the mining of soft broken and inclined medium thick ore bodies.As a difficult mining body recognized by the mining circle at home and abroad,the mining operation of soft broken and gently inclined medium thick ore body is easily affected by multiple factors such as technology,mining technology,engineering layout and mining method.Therefore,the sublevel caving method without bottom pillar,sublevel open stope method,upward horizontal stratified filling method and two-step room and pillar mining method are mostly adopted in China.The caving method can not meet the requirements of mining operation in the present era.Based on this,this paper studies the mining development status of soft broken and gently inclined medium thick ore body in China,briefly expounds the selection principle of mining method of soft broken and gently inclined medium thick ore body,and then takes the mining project in S area as an example to comprehensively discuss the mining method of soft broken and gently inclined medium thick ore body,hoping to provide some constructive suggestions with reference value for relevant research.
