摘要
目的探讨35岁以下子宫肌瘤患者行剔除术后复发的相关因素。方法选取接受子宫肌瘤剔除手术的35岁以下的147例患者作为研究对象,详细记录患者的基本资料、术后复发及妊娠情况,对影响术后复发的相关因素进行分析。结果术后肌瘤复发率为36.7%,术后肌瘤复发与年龄、随访时间、肌瘤数目及最大直径成正相关(OR>1,P<0.05),与初潮年龄成负相关(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论35岁以下子宫肌瘤患者剔除术后复发受到年龄、随访时间、初潮年纪、肌瘤最大直径和数目等因素影响,应重视相关因素,临床上进行积极防治。
Objective To investigate the factors of postoperative recurrence after myomectomy among the patients under 35.Methods A total of 147 patients under 35 years old who underwent myomectomy were recorded their basic information,clinicopathological features,follow-up postoperative recurrence and pregnancy after myomectomy.The unconditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors.Results The postoperative recurrence rate was 36.7%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age of the patients,follow-up time,the maximum diameter of and the number of uterine fibroids were correlated with recurrence of uterine fibroid(OR>1,P<0.05),and the menarche age was negatively correlation to the recurrence(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion Age,follow-up time,menarche age,the maximum diameter and number of uterine fibroids are the relevant influencing factors for the recurrence after myomectomy among young female patients under the age of 35.We should pay attention to these relevant factors and actively prevented.
