摘要
随着临床和基础研究的不断深入,累及心肌的各种原发性疾病逐渐被认识和诊断,成为临床较为常见的心脏病。现代影像医学与核医学技术的进步在心肌病的诊断和疾病管理中起到至关重要的作用。但是,以心脏磁共振为例,心肌病影像学技术在我国应用并不普及且应用能力不足,严重制约着该项工作的开展。本文针对心脏CT的进展及其对心肌病诊断能力的提升进行重点介绍,以期在临床上拓展CT对心肌病的应用,弥补心肌病影像诊断能力的不足和改善其不能满足临床需求的现状,指导各级医院积极开展心肌病的规范化检查和诊断工作,让广大心肌病患者获益。
With the continuous clinical and basic researches,more primary cardiomyopathic diseases have been gradually recognized and diagnosed,and are becoming common clinical heart diseases.Modern medical imaging and nuclear medicine techniques are playing important roles in the diagnosis and management of cardiomyopathy.However,cardiac magnetic resonance,for instance,imaging modalities are not widely used and its capacity are not enough for diagnosis of cardiomyopathic diseases in our country,causing serious constraints on the development of this work.The development of cardiac CT technologies as well as the capacity for evaluation of cardiomyopathy were introduced in this article,so as to expand the clinical application of CT in cardiomyopathy,improve imaging diagnosis for cardiomyopathy,guide standardized CT scanning protocols and diagnosis on cardiomyopathy in different levels of hospitals,and finally benefit cardiomyopathy patients.
