摘要
目的 探究重症加强护理病房(intensive care unit,ICU)糖尿病酮症酸中毒的集束化护理效果及应用价值。方法 选择2020年7月—2022年1月在福建医科大学附属第二医院ICU接受护理干预的80例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,按照信封法将入组的患者随机分配为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组开展常规的护理措施,研究组则在对照组的基础上增加集束化护理措施,对比两组患者血糖控制时间和酸中毒纠正时间差异、临床相关观察指标变化、护理前后不良情绪得分变化,并记录比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果 研究组血糖控制时间和酸中毒纠正时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组患者的焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)得分较护理前均出现降低,研究组患者的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住院期间出现并发症的发生率为5.00%(2/40)低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者开展集束化护理有助于改善患者的不良情绪,缩短患者血糖控制时间和酸中毒纠正时间,为后续患者的快速康复奠定良好基础,同时集束化护理还有助于减少患者住院期间并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect and application value of bundled care for diabetic ketoacidosis in ICU.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who received nursing intervention in the ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The enrolled patients were randomly assigned into the study group(n=40) and the control group(n=40) according to the envelope method.The control group carried out conventional nursing measures,while the research group added bundled nursing measures on the basis of the control group.Compared the differences in blood sugar control time and acidosis correction time,changes in clinically relevant observation indicators,and changes in negative mood scores before and after care between the two groups of patients.The incidence of complications in the two groups was recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control time and acidosis correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of complications during hospitalization in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out bundled nursing care for ICU patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can help improve patients' bad mood,shorten the time of blood glucose control and acidosis correction,and lay a good foundation for the rapid recovery of subsequent patients.At the same time,bundled care can also help reduce the inci
