摘要
慢性支气管炎是气管、支气管黏膜及其周围组织的慢性非特异性炎症。中医将其病机归纳为本虚标实,并提出治疗上应扶正固本、标本兼顾为治疗原则;目前西医主要通过止咳化痰、抗感染治疗,但部分患者病情仍迁延不愈。国医大师洪广祥教授临证数十年,尤其擅长中医肺系疾病的治疗,文章总结了洪老固本温阳法治疗慢性支气管炎的临床经验,从病因病机、“固本温阳”谓之何、治则治法、“固本温阳”法源于“治肺不远温”4个方面阐述洪老经验。
Chronic bronchitis is a chronic non-specific inflammation of trachea,bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)summarizes its pathogenesis as the principle of deficiency,standard and real,and proposes that the treatment principle should be to strengthen the body and consolidate the root and take into account the specimen.At present,western medicine mainly treats chronic bronchitis by relieving cough,reducing phlegm and fighting infection,but it is difficult to control the condition of some patients.Professor HONG Guangxiang,a TCM master,has been practicing medicine for decades and is particularly good at the treatment of lung diseases in TCM.This article summarizes professor HONG's clinical experience in treating chronic bronchitis by reinforcing the nature and warming yang,and expounds his experience from four aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,the concept of‘reinforcing the nature and warming yang’,treatment principles and rethinking of‘treating lung with warm’.
