摘要 本文聚焦智慧商检重量鉴定应用中的一个具体、特定场景——大宗散货船舶水尺智能识读,主要介绍国内外特别是中国海关在人工智能与无人机技术相结合背景下的船舶水尺智能识读系统研究情况,重点是无人机飞行采集、实时传输数据情况,深度学习卷积神经网络技术识读分析的进展,大规模深度学习模型训练的有关成果。新技术的应用对节约人力、提高效率、统一执法尺度等方面具有积极意义。 This paper focuses on intelligent draft reading for bulk cargo ships, a specific scenario in smart commodity inspection and weight survey. It mainly introduces the research status of smart draft reading systems in China and abroad, especially in the context of the combination of artificial intelligence and drone technology by China Customs. The focus of the paper is on drone flight data collection, real-time transmission, and the progress of reading analysis through deep learning convolutional neural network technology,and related achievements in large-scale deep learning model training. The implementation of new technologies has a positive impact on saving labor, improving efficiency, and standardizing enforcement scales.
