基于熵权TOPSIS省域多城市创新评价研究——以浙江为例

摘要 城市创新评价是反映城市创新能力的一种有效方式。本文构建了适用于省域多城市的创新评价指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)法对浙江省11个城市开展实证研究。在对创新投入、创新环境、创新支撑和创新绩效进行评价的基础上,进一步得到各市的创新能力及排名,从而了解全省各市的创新态势和存在的不足,并根据评价结论提出对策建议。 The evaluation about urban innovation is an effective way to reflect the ability of urban innovation.The innovation evaluation index system suitable for multiple cities in the province is constructed,then the entropy TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)method is used to carried out empirical research on 11 cities in Zhejiang Province.The innovation input,innovation environment,innovation support and innovation performance is evaluated respectively,and on this basis,the innovation ability and ranking of each city are further obtained,so as to understand the innovation situation and existing shortcomings of each city in the province,and suggestions according to the evaluation conclusions are proposed.
