摘要
目的观察口肌生物反馈训练辅助常规药物治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的效果。方法本文为前瞻性研究,病例纳入商丘市第一人民医院2020年6月至2023年1月收治的105例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者,采用随机数字表对入组患者进行分组,分别为常规组(52例)和联合组(53例),常规组仅实施常规药物治疗+常规吞咽康复训练,联合组采用口肌生物反馈训练联合药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的舌喉骨复合体动度、吞咽功能、生活质量改善情况,以及治疗后的并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组的舌骨前移距离、舌骨上移距离高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组治疗3、7、14 d后的标准吞咽功能量表(SSA)评分均低于常规组,吞咽障碍相关生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组的并发症发生率9.43%(5/53)低于常规组26.92%(14/52),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口肌生物反馈训练辅助常规药物治疗能促进患者舌喉骨复合体动度恢复,对改善患者吞咽功能并降低相关并发症发生风险均有积极意义。
Objective To observe the effect of oral muscle biofeedback assisted conventional drug therapy on dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods This article is a prospective study that included 105 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from June 2020 to January 2023.The enrolled patients were divided into a conventional group(52 cases)and a combined group(53 cases)with random number table.The conventional group only received conventional drug therapy+conventional swallowing rehabilitation training,while the combined group received oral muscle biofeedback therapy combined with drug therapy.The improvement of tongue throat bone complex mobility,swallowing function,quality of life,and the incidence of complications after treatment between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the hyoid bone forward displacement and hyoid bone upward displacement in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After 3,7,and 14 days of treatment,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)scores of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the swallowing-quality of life(SWAL-QOL)scores were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the combined group was 9.43%(5/53),lower than that in the conventional group26.92%(14/52),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral muscle biofeedback training assisted conventional drug therapy can promote the recovery of glossolaryngeal complex motility in patients,improve swallowing function,and reduce the risk of related complications.
