摘要
目的探讨针刺运动联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及对患者颈椎活动度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月于本院接受治疗的80例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参考组与观察组,每组40例。参考组予以传统针刺联合电针治疗,观察组予以针刺运动联合电针治疗,比较两组治疗前后颈椎活动度(前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度均大于治疗前,且观察组大于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于参考组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺运动联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,能显著改善患者的颈椎活动度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture exercise combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of neurogenic cervi-cal spondylosis and its effect on patients'cervical spine mobility.Methods 80 cases of neurogenic cervical spondylosis patients treated in our hospi-tal from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture exercise combined with electroacupuncture,the cervical spine mo-bility(anterior flexion,posterior extension,left rotation,right rotation)before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical anterior flexion,posterior extension,left rotation and right rotation mobility of the two groups were greater than before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of acupuncture exercise combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis is remarkable and can significantly improve the cervical spine mobility of patients,which is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
