摘要
新工科背景下,为应对人才培养需求和技术革新,自动化类专业面向智能化发展是一种必然,对自动化类专业人才培养模式综合改革势在必行。该文针对地方高校自动化类专业人才培养面临的困境,从面向国家和地方产业发展需求的角度出发,提出基于OBE理念反向设计培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系的思路,并从立足行业背景、凝练专业特色方向、加强课程建设、协同专业与学科一体化发展和整合优势资源等多方面入手进行人才培养模式改革研究,探索既能适应科技革新又能符合国家和地方产业发展需求的自动化类专业人才培养新举措。
Under the background of new engineering,in order to meet the needs of talent training and technological innovation,intelligent development is an inevitable trend for automation majors.It is imperative to carry out comprehensive talent training mode reform of automation majors.In view of the difficulties faced by the development and talent training of automation majors in local universities,OBE concept-based reverse designs of training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system are proposed to meet the development needs of the national and local industries.In addition,comprehensive reform from the aspects of facing the industry background,refining the major characteristics,strengthening curriculum construction,coordinating the integration of professional and disciplinary development,and integrating advantageous resources is carried out.The measures are explored to cultivate automation talents who can adapt to scientific and technological innovation and meet the needs of national and local industry development.
