摘要
秦二厂1、2号机组试验阀门验证辅助计算软件开发,因为每个换料周期均需执行一些安全相关系统定期试验来验证相关阀门的可用性,检测阀门动作时间是否符合要求。因没有自动计算软件,所以试验过程耗时较长,极大增加了数据的不准确性和不可靠性。开发的试验阀门验证辅助计算软件目的是通过软件自动计算,大大提高试验效率,缩短试验时间;方法是通过新增画面集中管理阀门,梳理各阀门计算公式并新增软件自动计算逻辑,通过现场数据实现自动计算时间功能,同时软件具备拓展功能,后续可增加其他阀门;通过两次大修的验证,试验阀门验证辅助计算软件实现了最初目的,自动试验准确率高,时间减少10个小时,大大提高了效率。
Qin No.2 Plant 1,2 unit test valve verification auxiliary calculation software development,because each material change cycle needs to perform some safety-related system periodic tests to verify the availability of relevant valves,detect whether the valve action time meets the requirements,because there is no automatic calculation software,so the test process takes a long time,greatly increasing the inaccuracy and unreliability of the data.The purpose of the test valve verification auxiliary calculation software developed is to greatly improve the test efficiency and shorten the test time through automatic calculation by software;The method is to centrally manage the valve through the new screen,sort out the calculation formula of each valve and add the software automatic calculation logic,realize the automatic calculation time function through the field data,and the software has an expansion function,and other valves can be added later;Through the verification of two overhauls,the test valve verification auxiliary calculation software achieved the original purpose,the automatic test accuracy was high,the time was reduced by 10 hours,and the efficiency was greatly improved.
