摘要
针对某实验堆泵设备运行情况的实时监测需求,本文提出了一套泵设备实时数字化监测系统。该系统采用浏览器/服务端的架构,集成Django、WebSocket、ECharts等技术实现在观察者模式下数据可视化展示,全流程的数据实时采集与通信,局域网内多终端访问调用等功能。通过部署在某实验堆数字化仪控系统平台验证了该系统方案的可行性和可用性,为核电领域监测技术的数字化转型和发展提供参考。
To meet the real-time monitoring requirements of the operation of pumps in an experimental reactor,this paper proposes a set of real-time digital monitoring system for pump equipment.The system adopts a browser/server architecture and integrates technologies such as Django,WebSocket,and ECharts to realize functions such as data visualization and display with the observer mode,real-time data acquisition and communication,and multi-terminal access within the local area network.The feasibility and availability of the system solution have been verified through deployment on a digital control system platform for a certain experimental reactor.It provides a reference for the digital transformation and development of monitoring technology in the nuclear power field.
