摘要
建设工程监理制在我国实施已有30多年,在提高建设工程质量和投资效益方面发挥了积极作用。但随着人们生活水平的提高,对建筑产品的质量更加地关注,整个社会对监理行业也提出了更高的要求。与之相应,建筑工程监理行业的难点问题也日益凸显,严重影响着建筑监理行业的可持续健康发展。文章对这些难点问题进行论述和原因分析,并且针对性地提出解决措施和应对方法。
The construction project supervision system has been implemented in China for more than 30 years and has played a positive role in improving the quality of construction projects and investment efficiency.However,with the improvement of people's living standards,more attention is paid to the quality of construction products,and the entire society has also put forward higher requirements for the supervision industry.Correspondingly,the difficult issues in the construction engineering supervision industry are becoming increasingly prominent,seriously affecting the sustainable and healthy development of the construction supervision industry.The article discusses and analyzes the reasons for these difficult issues,and proposes targeted solutions and response methods.
