摘要
随着社会经济的发展,建筑工程发展得越来越好,建筑工程企业数量越来越多,建筑工程企业竞争日益激烈,在如此激烈的市场竞争环境下,建筑工程企业领导人要想尽办法创新,提升工程质量,提高工程施工效率,做好施工管理的进度管理与质量控制,保证保质保量交付工程。基于此,本次研究的重点内容是建筑工程施工管理的进度管理与控制,如何提高工程进度,如何保证工程质量等。在研究中指出,建筑工程团队要提升进度管理意识和工程质量控制意识,制定科学的施工计划,做好施工前的准备,加强安全管理与人员管理,期望此次研究可以为相关人员提供参考。
With the development of social economy,construction engineering is getting better and better,and the number of construction engineering enterprises is increasing.The competition among construction engineering enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In such a fierce market competition environment,leaders of construction engineering enterprises should try their best to innovate,improve project quality,improve construction efficiency,do a good job in progress management and quality control of construction management,and ensure the delivery of projects with quality and quantity guaranteed.Based on this,the key content of this study is the progress management and control of construction project management,how to improve project progress,and how to ensure project quality,which are all the focuses of this study.In the study,it was pointed out that the construction team should enhance their awareness of schedule management and engineering quality control,develop scientific construction plans,prepare well before construction,strengthen safety management and personnel management.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for relevant personnel.
