摘要
跃进区块储层埋藏较深,施工中穿越多套地层,地层岩性和压力系数差异大;二开裸眼段长达5000 m,地层发育大段泥页岩易水化;三开井底温度高,水平段易形成岩屑床,小井眼环空压耗大,因此要求钻井液在高温下具有良好的流变性。通过优选钾胺盐抗高温润滑防塌钻井液体系,辅助现场维护处理工艺,有效抑制了二开长裸眼泥页岩地层的水化膨胀,解决了三开小井眼高温下钻井液流变性难于调控的难题。现场应用表明:使用该钻井液体系施工的5口井钻进顺利,作业过程中井壁稳定,并且缩短了钻完井周期、提高了机械钻速,为该区块后续勘探开发提供了技术保障。
Reservoir rocks were characterized with depth,and much complex formation was drilled during the course of drilling.The difference of formation lithology and formation pressure coefficient was very great.The open hole section was 5000 m long with large sections of easily hydrated shale developed in the second interval.The well bottom temperature was high in third spud,the cuttings bed was formed easily in horizontal section,and the annular pressure loss of slim hole was very large too,so the drilling fluid was required to have good rheology under high temperature.Assisted the on-site maintenance and treatment process,the hydration expansion of shale formation was effectively restrained in the second long open hole,and the problem that the rheology of drilling fluid was difficult to control under the high temperature of the third slim hole was solved.Five wells were drilled smoothly in the Yuejin block under the help of corresponding the drilling fluids technics and engineering measures.The technology index was provided for future exploration and development in the Yuejin oilfield.
