基于红外热成像技术探究八段锦对平人脏腑功能的影响 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Baduanjin Physical-Breathing Exercise on the Function of Zang-Fu Organs of the Healthy People with Infrared Thermography

摘要 【目的】基于红外热成像技术探究中医导引法八段锦干预前后人体脏腑温度变化,为八段锦的“协调脏腑功能”和“促进气血运行”作用提供科学化依据,以期更好地阐释八段锦的科学内涵。【方法】招募120例20~60周岁的健康受试者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将受试者分为试验组、对照组与空白组3组,每组各40例。3组受试者分别进行八段锦、第九套广播体操、不习练3种不同的干预措施,采用FILR SC660型红外热像仪采集受试者干预前、干预12周后的红外热像图,并对各组干预前后的身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及五脏系统健康状况量表(HEFESCM-36)评分的变化情况进行观察比较。【结果】(1)研究过程中,共脱落13例,其中试验组脱落4例,对照组脱落5例,空白组脱落4例;最终共纳入107例,其中试验组36例,对照组35例,空白组36例。(2)干预12周后,试验组的体质量和BMI均较干预前降低(P<0.01),而对照组和空白组均无明显变化(P>0.05);3组受试者干预后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)干预12周后,试验组HEFESCM-36的各系统评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),对照组与空白组仅心系评分较干预前升高(P<0.05);3组受试者HEFESCM-36的各系统评分干预后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);组间两两比较,试验组与对照组相比(除心系评分外),试验组与空白组相比(除脾系评分和肺系评分外),HEFESCM-36量表的其他各系统评分均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(4)干预12周后,试验组各脏腑温度数值均较干预前明显升高(P<0.01),而对照组和空白组的各脏腑温度数值均无明显变化(P>0.05);干预后组间比较,试验组各脏腑温度数值均较对照组和空白组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】八段锦的长期干预可有效降低体质量,改善BMI,改善平人五脏系统健康状况,提高平人脏腑温度。 Objective Infrared thermography was used for the investigation of the changes of body temperature of zang-fu organs before and after the intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)physical-breathing exercise of Baduanjin,so as to provide a scientific basis for the actions of Baduanjin on coordinating the functions of zang-fu organs and promoting the flow of qi and blood,and to interpret he scientific connotation of Baduanjin.Methods A total of 120 healthy subjects aged 20-60 years old were recruited and were randomly divided into three groups,namely the trial group,the control group and the blank group,with 40 subjects in each group.The three groups were given the intervention measures of Baduanjin,the Ninth Broadcast Gymnastics,no exercise,respectively.The infrared thermograms were collected before intervention and after 12 weeks of intervention using a FILRSC 660 infrared thermograph.And then the changes in body height,body mass,body mass index(BMI)and 36-item health evaluation of five zang-organ systems of Chinese medicine scale(HEFESCM-36)scores were compared between the groups before and after the intervention.Results(1)During the study,a total of 13 cases fell off,of which 4 cases were from the trial group,5 cases were from the control group and 4 cases were from the blank group.A total of 107 cases were finally included,including 36 cases in the trial group,35 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the blank group.(2)After 12 weeks of intervention,the body mass and BMI of the trial group were decreased compared with those before the intervention(P<0.01),while there were no significant changes in the control group and blank group(P>0.05).The intergroup comparison showed that the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)among the three groups after intervention.(3)After 12 weeks of intervention,all zang-organ system scores of HEFESCM-36 in the trial group were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),while only heart system scores in the control group and blank group were high
