摘要
提出了基于组合权重与模糊综合评判的自主船舶靠、离泊功能评价模型。通过查阅相关资料和专家调查,构建自主船舶靠、离泊功能评价指标体系。基于离差最大化原则将层次分析法与CRITIC法相结合,得到最优组合权重,然后用模糊综合评判法对一艘船的自主靠、离泊功能进行评估并分析该船航行关键参数,验证了评价模型的合理性。
Based on the combined weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,a model to evaluate the berthing and unberthing functions of autonomous ships is proposed.An evaluation index system is constructed by reviewing relevant information and expert survey.Optimal combination weights are derived with the combination of the hierarchical analysis method and CRITIC method based on the principle of deviation maximization.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the autonomous berthing and unberthing functions,and the final evaluation results are obtained.Key parameters of ship navigation in the autonomous berthing test are analyzed,and the rationality of the model is verified.
