摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中鸭油、豆油和棕榈油的营养价值及其对肉鸭生长性能的影响。以基础日粮为对照,在基础日粮中分别添加10%的鸭油、10%豆油和10%棕榈油,饲喂21~42日龄肉鸭,利用套算法测定3种油脂在肉鸭体内的表观代谢能(AME),利用常规方法检测养分利用率和各试验组肉鸭生长性能、血清生化指标。结果显示,鸭油、豆油和棕榈油的表观代谢能分别为37.62、37.13、35.76 MJ/kg。豆油组和棕榈油组肉鸭对干物质的利用率显著高于鸭油组(P<0.05);鸭油组和豆油组肉鸭对粗脂肪的利用率显著高于棕榈油组(P<0.05);豆油组肉鸭对能量的利用率显著高于鸭油组和棕榈油组(P<0.05)。鸭油组、豆油组和棕榈油组肉鸭血清中总蛋白含量显著高于基础日粮组(P<0.05);料重比均显著低于基础日粮组(P<0.05)。研究表明,鸭油、豆油和棕榈油3种油脂在肉鸭体内的表观代谢能无显著差异,对饲料养分利用率具有一定影响,改善了肉鸭生长性能,且鸭油对肉鸭促生长效果最好。
The experiment was conducted to study the nutritional value of duck oil,soybean oil and palm oil in feed and their effect on growth performance of meat ducks.Basal diet was used as control,21~42-day-old ducks were fed with 10%duck oil,10%soybean oil and 10%palm oil,respectively.The apparent metabolizable energy(AME)of the three kinds of oils in ducks was determined by using the set algorithm.The nutrient utilization rate,growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of ducks in experimental groups were detected by conventional methods.The results showed that the apparent metabolizable energy of duck oil,soybean oil and palm oil were 37.62,37.13 and 35.76 MJ/kg,respectively.The utilization rate of dry matter of meat ducks in soybean oil group and palm oil group was significantly higher than that of duck oil group(P<0.05).The utilization rate of crude fat of meat ducks in duck oil group and soybean oil group was significantly higher than that of palm oil group(P<0.05).The utilization rate of energy of meat ducks in soybean oil group was significantly higher than that of duck oil group and palm oil group(P<0.05).The content of total protein in serum of meat ducks was significantly increased after the supplementation of three kinds of oil(P<0.05).The serum total protein content of ducks in duck oil group,soybean oil group and palm oil group was significantly higher than that in basal diet group(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of the basal diet group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that there is no significant difference in apparent metabolic energy of duck oil,soybean oil and palm oil in meat ducks,which have certain impact on feed nutrient utilization and improve the growth performance of meat ducks.Duck oil has the best growth promoting performance for meat ducks.
