摘要
利用离散元仿真软件EDEM,对球磨机在不同衬板磨损情况下的运行状况进行研究。研究结果表明:随着球磨机筒体衬板磨损量的加大,研磨介质被提升的高度降低,研磨计算域内的低速研磨介质比例增加;球磨机运行功率呈现先缓慢降低,当到达一定磨损量后突然加速降低的规律。
The running status of a ball mill under different liner wear conditions was studied through the discrete element simulation software EDEM.The study result indicated that with the increase of the wear amount of the liner of the ball mill,the lifting height of the grinding medium was reduced,and the proportion of the low-speed grinding medium in the grinding calculation domain was increased.Meanwhile,the operating power of the ball mill decreased slowly at first,and then suddenly decreased rapidly after reaching a certain amount of wear.
