摘要
以江西省为例定量研究土地要素与宏观经济的关系。研究结果:1)发现建设用地审批量、土地供应量等与宏观经济主要数据指标具有较强的相关性。2)土地与经济主要数据指标相互影响。3)土地主要数据指标对经济运行的影响存在一定滞后性,对经济运行的影响力在一定年份内呈增强态势。预期经济目标下,2023年江西省建设用地审批量在25~27万亩区间,土地供应量在38~41万亩区间。针对批供地预测差值,建议大力实施城镇低效用地盘活,用“存量”换“增量”,充分挖掘释放资源潜力。
Using Jiangxi province as an example to quantitatively studied the relationship between land elements and macroeconomy.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,there is a strong correla-tion between construction land examination and approval,land supply and the main data indexes of macroeconomy.Secondly,the main data indexes of land and economy affect each other.Thirdly,the influence of the main data indexes of land on economic operation has a certain lag,and the influ-ence has an increasing trend in a certain year.Under the economic target,the construction land ex-amination and approval will range from 250000 to 270000 mu,and the land supply will range from 380000 to 410000 mu in 2023.In view of the predicted difference of the approved land supply,it is suggested to vigorously implement the revitalization of urban inefficient land use,exchange“stock”for“increment”,and fully tap and release the potential of resources.
