摘要
钢坯在轧制前的加热如何既符合轧制要求,又节省能源是钢厂节能降耗的关键一步,为此,本文采用大数据专家预测系统,根据现场专家经验设定初步加热规则,根据轧机轧制电流和成品检验结果修改和维护规则,以达到最优的节能效果,并减少废气排放以及单根产品的能耗。
The heating of steel billets before rolling not only meets the rolling requirements,but also saves energy,which is a key step for energy conservation and consumption reduction in steel mills,therefore,this paper adopts a big data expert prediction system,sets preliminary heating rules based on on-site expert experience,modifies and maintains rules based on the rolling current and finished product inspection results of the rolling mill,in order to achieve the optimal energy-saving effect,reduce exhaust emissions and energy consumption of individual products.
