摘要
实时监测塔机作业过程中的姿态是预防塔机事故和保障施工现场安全的有效手段,基于此,本文设计了一种基于数字孪生技术的塔机工作姿态监测系统,搭建了塔机数字孪生姿态感知系统虚拟数字空间,实现了塔机真实物理实体与虚拟数字实体之间的动作映射。测试结果显示,系统实现了塔机作业过程全位姿的可视化实时监测。
Real time monitoring of the posture during tower crane operation is an effective means to prevent tower crane accidents and ensure construction site safety,based on this,this paper designs a tower crane working posture monitoring system based on digital twin technology,builds a virtual digital space for tower crane digital twin posture perception system,and achieves action mapping between real physical entities and virtual digital entities of the tower crane.The test results show that the system has achieved visual real-time monitoring of the entire posture of the tower crane during operation.
