摘要
在炼厂的整个生产环节中,原油调度作业中涉及的原油成本约占炼厂营业额的80%。合理的原油调度方案不仅是炼厂下游装置连续平稳运行的前提,也是炼厂效益提升的重要保证。本文以沿海型炼厂原油调度为研究对象,利用智能优化算法开展原油调度优化关键技术的研究。研究包括原油调度模型的构建、原油调度优化算法设计以及实际应用案例验证等。
In the entire production process of the refinery,the crude oil cost involved in crude oil scheduling operations accounts for approximately 80%of the refinery's revenue.A reasonable crude oil scheduling plan is not only a prerequisite for the continuous and stable operation of downstream devices in the refinery,but also an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of the refinery.This paper takes the crude oil scheduling of coastal refineries as the research object,and uses intelligent optimization algorithms to study the key technologies of crude oil scheduling optimization.The research includes the construction of crude oil scheduling models,the design of crude oil scheduling optimization algorithms,and practical application case validation.
