摘要
针对煤矿人工选矸劳动强度大、危险性高的弊端,本文设计了一种智能选矸机器人系统。该选矸机器人系统主要由整料排队装置、高速工业相机、识别服务器、气动系统和除尘系统组成,通过整料排队装置将原煤平铺,采用工业相机和识别服务器智能识别和定位矸石,然后利用高速气动喷嘴将矸石喷出,实现自动分拣。经应用表明,该选矸机器人矸石识别准确、分拣效率高,取得了较好的应用效果。
In response to the drawbacks of high labor intensity and high risk of manual gangue selection in coal mines,this paper designs an intelligent gangue selection robot system.The gangue selection robot system mainly consists of a whole material queuing device,a high-speed industrial camera,an identification server,a pneumatic system,and a dust removal system.The raw coal is laid flat through the whole material queuing device,and the industrial camera and identification server are used to intelligently identify and locate the gangue.Then,the high-speed pneumatic nozzle is used to spray the gangue out,achieving automatic sorting.The application has shown that the gangue selection robot has accurate gangue identification and high sorting efficiency,achieving good application results.
