摘要
目的:探讨血清免疫球蛋白检验在慢性乙型肝炎患者病情及疗效判断中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月—2021年12月长沙市中心医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者80例作为观察组,根据病情分为轻型组(n=44)、重型组(n=36),纳入同期50例健康体检者作为健康组。三组均进行血清免疫球蛋白检验,比较三组血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平。观察组经治疗后根据治疗效果分为有效组和无效组,两组均进行免疫球蛋白检测,比较两组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平。结果:轻型组和重型组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平均高于健康组,重型组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平高于轻型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平低于无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清免疫球蛋白检验在慢性乙型肝炎患者病情评估以及疗效判断方面具有重要参考价值,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of serum immunoglobulin test in the disease condition and efficacy judgment of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Changsha Central Hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and they were divided into mild group(n=44)and severe group(n=36)according to their disease conditions.And 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same time period were included as the healthy group.Serum immunoglobulin tests were performed in all three group to compare serum immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M levels of the three groups.After treatment,the observation group was divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the treatment effect,and immunoglobulin test was carried out in these two groups.The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the mild group and the severe group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the effective group were lower than those in the ineffective group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum immunoglobulin test has important reference value in the disease condition evaluation and efficacy judgment of chronic hepatitis B patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
