摘要
慢性荨麻疹的中医病因病机复杂,追根溯源,不离“风邪”“表虚”“表郁”三因;病机以表虚营卫失和为本,风邪乘虚外袭为标,“风邪”“表虚”与“表郁”交互出现。《伤寒论》中的部分经方运用在慢性荨麻疹的治疗中,取得了显著效果。文章从慢性荨麻疹的病因病机入手,从“风邪”“表虚”“表郁”的角度,判断疾病的邪盛正虚程度,论述桂枝麻黄各半汤、桂枝二越婢一汤、麻黄连轺赤小豆汤、小柴胡汤四首经方在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的应用。
The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine are complicated,and the root causes are“wind pathogen”,“exterior deficiency”and“exterior depression”.The pathogenesis is based on the exterior deficiency,ying and wei disharmony,and wind-pathogen attack from the exterior is based on exterior deficiency as external causes.Some prescriptions in Trea-tise on Febrile Diseases have been applied in the treatment of chronic urticaria and achieved remarkable results.The author judged the degree of excess of pathogenic factors and deficiency of qi from the angles of etiology and pathogenesis,wind pathogen,exterior defi-ciency and exterior depression.This paper discussed the application of four classical prescriptions in the treatment of chronic urti-caria,namely,Guizhi Mahuang each half decoction,Guizhier Yuebiyi decoction,Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou decoction and Xiao-chaihu decoction.
