摘要
近年来,西方国家为保护自身贸易的发展,开始推行以保护环境为由的绿色壁垒政策。通过探讨绿色壁垒的内涵、表现形式及相关的国际贸易规则,分析绿色壁垒对中国农产品出口产生的影响及其主要原因,在此基础上提出有效运用WTO贸易规则破解绿色壁垒、推行机械化大规模生产、提高农产品出口质量与环保意识的对策,促进中国农产品出口的可持续发展,增强中国农产品出口贸易的国际竞争力。
In recent years,Western countries have begun to implement green barrier policies under the guise of environmental protection,aiming to safeguard their trade development.By exploring the connotations,manifestations,and related international trade rules of green barriers,the impact and major causes of green barriers on China’s agricultural product exports were analyzed.Based on these findings,this paper proposed corresponding strategies,such as the effective use of WTO trade rules to break the green barriers,the implementation of mechanized mass production,improve the quality of agricultural trade and environmental awareness,to promote the sustainable development of China’s agricultural product exports,to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s agricultural trade.
