以深圳某污水处理厂2017年实际运行数据,系统分析进水有机物、氮、磷和悬浮物的水质特征分布和相关关系。结果表明,该污水处理厂BOD_(5)、COD、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP呈现正偏态分布,0.2<BOD_(5)/COD<0.4的累积概率为81%,可生化性一般;90%的进水BOD_(5)/TN为2.8,反硝化碳源不足,需额外补充碳源;90%的进水BOD_(5)/TP为19,不能满足生物除磷所需;进水TN/TP>5的累积概率为77%,N和P基本满足微生物生长对氮、磷的需要。各指标相关性显著,BOD_(5)与COD、NH_(3)-N、TN有紧密的相关性,COD与NH_(3)-N、SS有紧密的关系,TP与其他指标关系一般。为污水处理厂出水达标提供建议。
Based on the actual operation data of a sewage treatment plant in Shenzhen in 2017,the distribution and correlation of water quality characteristics of influent organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and suspended solids were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the BOD_(5),COD,SS,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP of the sewage treatment plant showed a positive skewed distribution.The cumulative probability of 0.2<BOD_(5)/COD<0.4 was 81%,and the biodegradability was general.90%of the influent BOD_(5)/TN was 2.8,denitrification carbon source was insufficient,and additional carbon source was needed.90%of the influent BOD_(5)/TP was 19,which could not meet the needs of biological phosphorus removal.The cumulative probability of influent TN/TP>5 was 77%,and N and P basically met the needs of microbial growth for nitrogen and phosphorus.BOD5 has a close correlation with COD,NH_(3)-N and TN,COD has a close relationship with NH_(3)-N and SS,and TP has a general relationship with other indicators.Provide suggestions for the effluent of sewage treatment plants to meet the standards.
