摘要 无机化学、物理化学及其实验课程是药学本科生的必修专业基础课,化学基础知识和基本实验技能为培养学生科研意识和创新能力具有重要作用。本文将无机化学实验和物理化学实验交叉融合,结合科研前沿和热门研究,引入药学专业开放性实验的教学中进行改革探索。在开放实验模式中,通过镍基纳米片的制备、表征及其催化对硝基苯酚加氢反应性能的研究实践,加强学生的基本化学知识和实验技能,激发学生的学习和科学热情,锻炼学生的辩证和批判思维,培养学生的科研意识和创新能力。 The study of inorganic chemistry,physical chemistry,and their corresponding experimental courses is an essential component of the curriculum for pharmacy undergraduates.A solid foundation in chemical knowledge and practical laboratory skills plays a pivotal role in fostering students'scientific research acumen and innovative capabilities.In this paper,we propose a novel approach to reform and explore the open experiment teaching of pharmacy major by integrating inorganic chemistry experiments with physical chemistry experiments,while incorporating scientific research frontiers and popular research.In the open experimental mode,students'fundamental knowledge of chemistry and practical skills are enhanced through the preparation and characterization of nickel-based nanosheets,as well as their research practice in catalytic hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol.This not only stimulates their learning and scientific enthusiasm but also trains their dialectical and critical thinking abilities,while cultivating their awareness of scientific research and innovation capabilities.
