摘要
磁流变弹性体材料是在磁流变液的基础上发展而来,本文研究了与磁流变弹性体材料相关的专利技术发展态势。利用Incopat全球专利数据库,从全球和我国磁流变弹性体专利申请趋势、各国专利申请量对比、磁流变弹性体重要申请人及其专利申请量、全球和我国技术领域分布情况、国内外部分重要申请人的相关专利分析几个方面进行了检索分析,为我国磁流变弹性体材料研究提供信息和参考。
Magnetorheological elastomer materials are developed on the basis of magnetorheological fluids.This article investigates the development trend of patented technologies related to magnetorheological elastomer materials.Using the Incopat global patent database,a search and analysis was conducted on the trends in patent applications for magnetorheological elastomers worldwide and in China,a comparison of patent applications in various countries,the number of major applicants and their patent applications for magnetorheological elastomers,the distribution of technology fields globally and in China,and the relevant patent analysis of some important domestic and foreign applicants,providing information and reference for the research of magnetorheological elastomers materials in China.
