摘要
理中丸是张仲景温中补虚的代表方,组方配伍法度严谨,四药合用辛热祛里寒,甘温复中虚,虚寒兼顾,温补并用。但方中孰为君药,争议颇多,至今未有定论。本文通过剖析张仲景制方原则与学术思想,结合现代方剂学中的组方原则,认为在理中丸中,干姜、人参二药合为君药可医虚寒之疾,使“病皆与方相应”;二者合用剂量重达6两,量大力宏,作用全面,符合君药用药标准。结合现代临床应用并借鉴药理学研究,发现二者合用,对虚寒主证起到针对作用。干姜具有扩血管、增加血流量、调节胃肠动力、抗炎止痛的作用,人参可增强机体免疫力、改善肠道菌群、增强造血功能、止痛,二者合用,与理中丸功效发挥的药理作用相符合。因此,参、姜联合在理中丸中发挥主导作用,应共为君药。
Lizhong Pill is a representative formula used by ZHANG Zhongjing to warm the middle energizer and tonify the deficiency.The compatibility of the formula is rigorous,and the four herbs used together can remove the internal cold with pungent heat,and restore the deficiency of the middle energizer with warm and sweet herbs in property,taking into account both deficiency and cold,and using both warmth and tonification.However,there is a lot of controversies over which is the monarch herb in the formula,and no conclusion has been made yet.This study analyzed the principles and academic thoughts of ZHANG Zhongjing s formula and combining them with the principles of modern formulaology,it is concluded that in Lizhong Pill,dry ginger and ginseng together can be used as the monarch herbs to treat deficiency-cold diseases,so that the disease and the formula can be unified;the weight of the two herbs together is up to 6 liang,so the dose is large and the effect is comprehensive,which is in line with the standard of the monarch herb.Combining modern clinical application and pharmacological research,it is found that the two drugs used together can play a role in targeting the main symptoms of deficiency-cold.Dry ginger can strengthen Heart,dilate blood vessels,increase blood flow,regulate gastrointestinal dynamics,and have the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia;whereas ginseng can enhance the body s immunity,improve intestinal flora,enhance hematopoietic function and relieve pain;both used together is in line with the pharmacological effects of Lizhong Pill.Therefore,the combination of ginseng and dry ginger plays a dominant role in Lizhong Pill and should be used together as the monarch herbs.
