摘要 为防止水工金属设备因磨损、变形对水电站运行安全产生危害,设计水电站水工金属结构自动化监控系统。根据闸门、启闭设备等主要监控内容,确定系统整体架构;设置传感器、服务器与客户端的工作流程,选取计算机、视频系统等硬件设备,通过软件设置报送数据;利用接地准则与加权滤波算法减少硬件与软件干扰,将分类分层算法与安全度概念相结合,评估金属结构安全性,完成自动化监控系统整体设计。仿真结果表明,该系统可准确采集到各金属结构的运行状态信息,实现自动安全监控,为水电站稳定运行提供保障。 In order to prevent hydraulic metal equipment from harming the operation safety of hydropower station due to wear and deformation,an automatic monitoring system for hydraulic metal structure of hydropower station is designed.It determines the overall structure of the system according to the main monitoring contents such as gate and hoisting equipment;sets the workflow of sensor,server and client,selects hardware equipment such as computer and video system,and submits data through software setting;The grounding criterion and weighted filtering algorithm are used to reduce hardware and software interference,and the classification and layering algorithm is combined with the concept of safety to evaluate the safety of metal structure,so as to complete the overall design of automatic monitoring system.The simulation results show that the system can accurately collect the operation state information of each metal structure,realize automatic safety monitoring,and provide guarantee for the stable operation of hydropower station.
