摘要
乡村生态振兴不仅是乡村振兴的重要内容之一,也是乡村振兴的重要支撑。乡村生态振兴把人与自然和谐共生观念作为理论指导,强调人文历史与自然环境相结合,实现乡村生活和生产方式的绿色转型。在其实践进程中,存在如环保理念淡薄、资金支持不足、管理机制不健全等方面的问题。要增强乡村生态振兴主体的环保理念,加大对乡村生态环境建设的资金投入,健全相关管理机制体制,以系统观念为指导整合统筹资源,以实现乡村生态振兴。
Rural ecological revitalization is not only one of the important contents of rural revitalization,but also an important support for rural revitalization.Its connotation is as follows:It realizes value remodeling and takes the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature as its theoretical guidance;It puts an emphasis on the combination of human history and natural environment;The green transformation of rural life and production mode has been realized.But in the process of practice,there are also some practical problems and challenges such as insufficient funds,out-dated ideas,and imperfect mechanisms.Only by increasing the capital investment in rural ecological construction,strengthening the environmental protection concept in the main groups of rural ecological revitalization,improving the relevant mechanisms and systems,and integrating resources and coordinating multi-side revitalization under the guidance of the system concept,can rural ecological revitalization be realized.
