摘要
元宝枫(Acer truncatum)是集生态、观赏和经济效益为一体的木本油料植物,选育高含油优质种源是其产业发展急需解决的问题。采用野外单株采样和室内分析相结合的方法,测定了科尔沁沙地元宝枫分布范围内3个自然保护区的古树种仁脂肪酸及其组成含量。结果表明,科尔沁沙地元宝枫古树种仁脂肪酸和神经酸含量存在明显差异。松树山、代钦塔拉和乌旦塔拉3个自然保护区元宝枫古树的种仁脂肪酸平均含量分别为47.18%、47.77%和42.86%,神经酸平均含量分别为5.27%、4.77%和5.56%。3个自然保护区元宝枫古树单株种仁脂肪酸含量具有明显的区域分布特征。松树山和代钦塔拉古树单株种仁脂肪酸在45.00%~50.00%的株数占采集总株数的65.91%和58.54%,而乌旦塔拉古树单株种仁脂肪酸在40.00%~45.00%的株数占采集总株数的58.33%。综合考虑种仁脂肪酸高含油特征和高含油样品占取样总数的占比,可将松树山和代钦塔拉元宝枫古树划分为种仁脂肪酸含量极高种群,乌旦塔拉元宝枫古树划分为种仁脂肪酸含量较高种群。
Acer truncatum is a woody oil plant with ecological,ornamental and economic benefits,so selected provenances of high fatty acid is an urgent problem for its development industry.In this paper,the fatty acid and its composition content of Acer truncatum ancient tree kernel were determined by use of field single plant sampling and laboratory analysis in three nature reserves of Acer truncatum in Horqin Sandy Land.The results showed that the fatty acid content and nervonic acid of Acer truncatum ancient tree kernel were significantly different in Horqin Sandy Land.The average contents of kernel fatty acids of Acer truncatum ancient trees in Songshushan nature reserve,Daiqintala nature reserve and Wudantala nature reserve were 47.18%,47.77%and 42.86%,respectively,and the average contents of nervonic acid were 5.27%,4.77%and 5.56%,respectively.The fatty acid content of Acer truncatum individual ancient tree kernel had obvious regional distribution characteristics in three nature reserves.The number of individual ancient tree of kernel fatty acids content of 45%-50%with the total number of samples investigated were 65.91%and 58.54%in Songshushan nature reserve and Daiqintala nature reserve and the kernel fatty acids content of 40%-45%were 58.33%in Wudantala nature reserve.Considering the high oily characteristics of seed kernel fatty acids and the proportion of high oil content samples in the total number of samples,purpleblow maple of the Songshushan and Daichintara nature reserve could be divided into population with extremely high kernel fatty acid content,and purpleblow maple of the Wudantala nature reserve could be divided into the population with higher kernel fatty acid content.
