中国海洋渔业绿色全要素生产率测度及收敛性分析

Measurement and convergence analysis of green total factor productivity of marine fisheries in China

摘要 基于2005-2020年中国沿海9个省(区)面板数据,运用SBM-ML模型对海洋渔业绿色全要素生产率指数进行测度,并对其结果进行σ收敛和β收敛分析。结果表明,我国海洋渔业绿色全要素生产率总体呈现波动增长的趋势,且由技术进步驱动为主,技术效率促进作用较小;从地区来看,我国海洋渔业绿色全要素生产率存在着明显的区域差异;全国整体以及环渤海地区、珠三角地区海洋渔业绿色全要素生产率不存在显著σ收敛现象,而具有绝对β收敛特征和条件β收敛特征。基于此,论文建议加强绿色技术推广应用,优化渔业生产要素配置,搭建区域间合作对话平台,从而促进海洋渔业高质量发展。 Based on the data of nine coastal provinces in China from 2005 to 2020,the SBM-ML model is used to measure the green total factor productivity of marine fisheries,and the results are analyzed by o convergence andβconvergence analysis.The results show that the green total factor productivity of marine fisheries in China shows a trend of fluctuating growth.The increase of green total factor productivity is mainly driven by technological progress,and the role of technological efficiency is relatively small.From the regional perspective,there are obvious regional differences in green total factor productivity of marine fisheries in China.There is no significant o convergence in the whole country,the Bohai Bay,and the Pearl River Delta.However,the whole country,as well as the Bohai Bay,the Yangtze River Delta,and Pearl River Delta regions have absoluteβconvergence characteristics and conditionsβconvergence characteristics.Based on this analysis,this paper proposes to strengthen the promotion and application of green technology,optimize the allocation of fishery production factors,and build a platform for cooperation and dialogue,which can further promote the high-quality development of marine fisheries.
