我国深远海养殖全产业链培育的关键问题探讨——以黄海冷水团三文鱼养殖为例 被引量:4

摘要 开展深远海养殖全产业链培育是贯彻大食物观、锻造产业韧性、提升国民食物与营养安全水平的新途径,是推进海洋渔业高质量发展的重要突破口。文章基于黄海冷水团三文鱼养殖案例,以深远海养殖全产业链培育为研究主线,针对我国深远海养殖发展现状,从“卡脖子”技术难题、产业衔接锚点问题和先进理念嵌入问题等三个方面重点分析了全产业链培育的关键问题,认为我国深远海养殖在鱼类种质资源、技术装备以及其他限制性难题等方面依然存在发展短板,需要在利益共享、信息交流、技术互补、资金融通和陆海接力等方面加强全产业链锚点衔接,并提出了在全产业链培育中加快绿色低碳化、数字智能化、管理扁平化和产业联盟化等先进理念的嵌入。研究成果以期为我国深远海养殖产业提供明确的发展方向,加快实现深远海养殖战略的目标任务。 The cultivation of whole industry chain of deep-sea farming is a new way to build industrial resilience,implement the big food concept,and enhance national food and nutrition security.It is also an important breakthrough to promote the modernization and development of marine fisheries.Based on the case of salmon farming in the Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass,the cultivation of single species in the whole industrial chain of deep-sea farming is the main line of research,this paper analyzes the practical logic of ensuring food nutrition safety,enhancing the resilience of the entire industrial chain,and promoting the production and efficiency of aquaculture.The key issues of the whole industry chain cultivation are analyzed from three aspects:the technical problems of"bottleneck",the linking anchor point of industry convergence and the embedding of advanced ideas.The results of this study hope to provide a clear development direction for China's deep-sea mariculture industry and accelerate the realization of the target tasks in deep-sea farming.
