摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒感染患者多器官功能衰竭程度与营养状态的相关性。方法收集38例诊断为新型冠状病毒感染和病毒性肺炎患者入院后序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA评分)最低值、营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)评分及在院期间的SOFA评分恶化值、血清白蛋白水平。SOFA评分最低值、SOFA评分恶化值与NRS2002评分和血清白蛋白水平的相关性采用Spearman相关性分析。结果患者SOFA评分最低值与NRS2002评分呈正相关(r_(s)=0.800,P<0.01),与血清白蛋白水平呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.707,P<0.01)。尚未发现患者SOFA评分恶化值与NRS2002评分(r_(s)=0.073,P>0.05)和血清白蛋白水平(r_(s)=-0.102,P>0.05)存在相关关系。结论新型冠状病毒感染患者多器官功能衰竭程度与营养状态有关,而其恶化程度与营养状态无明显关系。
Objective To analyze the correlation between multiple organ failure and nutritional status in the patients with corona virus disease 2019.Methods The lowest sequential organ failure score(SOFA score),nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS2002)score,deterioration of SOFA score during hospitalization and serum albumin level in 38 patients diagnosed with corona virus disease 2019 and viral pneumonia were collected.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation of the lowest SOFA score and deterioration of SOFA score with NRS2002 score and serum albumin level.Results The lowest SOFA score was positively correlated with NRS2002 score(r_(s)=0.800,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with serum albumin level(r_(s)=-0.707,P>0.01).The deterioration of SOFA score was not significantly correlated with NRS2002 score and serum albumin level(r_(s)=0.073 and-0.102,P>0.05).Conclusion In the patients with corona virus disease 2019,the degree of multiple organ failure is related to the nutritional status,but the degree of deterioration is not related to the nutritional status.
