摘要
某110 kV变电站高压支柱瓷绝缘子发生断裂,采用宏观观察、孔隙性试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法对其断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:烧制工艺控制不当使绝缘子心部出现黄色区域;法兰水泥胶装部位存在气孔缺陷、环境温度骤变等也是导致绝缘子强度下降的原因。
The high voltage ceramic post insulator of a 110kV substation fractured.The fracture reasons were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,porosity test,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and other methods.The results show that the improper control of the firing process caused the insulator to appear yellow core.The pore defects in the flange cement mounting parts and sudden changes in ambient temperature were also the reasons for the decrease of insulator strength.
