基于电磁感应加热装置的预处理线水性底漆快速干燥工艺

摘要 基于电磁感应加热装置加热钢板的基本原理,以铁路货车钢板预处理线为载体,进行钢板水性预涂底漆快速干燥工艺方案设计,方案包括电磁感应加热装置加热原理、电源频率选取、电源功率计算、干燥工艺流程、工艺布局图、控制流程图及应用注意事项。采用电磁感应加热装置的钢板预处理线水性预涂底漆快速干燥工艺方案,具有高效节能、低碳环保、占地小及易实现智能化控制等优点,相关技术方案可推广运用于钢板预处理线水性预涂底漆快速干燥。 Based on the basic principle of electromagnetic induction heating device heating steel plate,taking the railway freight car steel plate pretreatment line as the carrier,the rapid drying process scheme of waterborne pre-coating primer of steel plate is designed,including the application principle,working conditions,technical indicators,power frequency selection,power power calculation,drying process flow,process layout diagram,control flow chart and application precautions of the electromagnetic induction heating device.The use of electromagnetic induction heating device to realize the rapid drying process of waterborne coating of steel plate pretreatment line,which has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,low carbon and environmental protection,small installation area and intelligent control,etc.,and related technical solutions can be popularized and applied to the rapid drying of waterborne precoating primer of steel plate pretreatment line.
